About Daniel Geiger
Daniel specializes in healthcare compliance and medical criminal law, pharmaceutical advertising and competition law, digital health and telemedicine, as well as (medical) product liability and pharmaceutical law. His clients primarily include companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, developers of digital health applications and telemedicine providers, hospitals, and healthcare associations. Daniel is a university lecturer in healthcare compliance and a frequent speaker at professional conferences. He is the author of numerous legal publications and editor of the reference work Healthcare Compliance. In addition, he serves as a commentator on corruption offenses and pharmaceutical advertising (criminal) law in the Nomos Commentary on Medical Criminal Law.
