Cleo Koushos-Cros has extensive experience in corporate commercial law. She has been a Partner at Koushos Korfiotis Papacharalambous L.L.C. since January 2008 and has served as the Head of the Corporate Commercial Department since January 2012. She has also held roles on several boards, including as Director and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Grandcity Properties S.A., a publicly traded company. Additionally, Cleo has served on the boards of the Council for Registration and Control of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors and the Cyprus Housing Finance Corporation.
Her specialty lies in corporate commercial law, where she leads the Corporate Commercial Department at her firm. Cleo is recognized for her expertise in commercial, corporate, and mergers and acquisitions law.
Cleo Koushos-Cros studied law at the University of Kent in Canterbury, obtaining an LL.B (Bachelor of Laws). She then completed an LL.M (Master of Laws) at the University of Bristol, followed by the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law in London Store Street.

She has served on the Board of Directors of Grandcity Properties S.A., the Council for Registration and Control of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors, the Cyprus Housing Finance Corporation, and the Housing Finance Corporation until February 2018.
