Brian Kalule is a Partner at AF Mpanga Advocates in Uganda, heading the Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) practice. He has over 12 years of post-qualification experience and is recognized as a strong litigator. Brian advises on a broad range of local and cross-border matters in TMT, Intellectual Property, Banking and Finance, General Corporate law, and Commercial Dispute Resolution. He supports clients in acquisitions and contentious mandates, providing guidance that combines business and legal considerations. Brian leads a dedicated team advising international and local clients on data protection, privacy issues, communications services, international data transfers, and privacy risk management.
