Azizbek Akhmadjonov is a prominent legal expert on real estate. He provides extensive legal support to clients in their real estate transactions for commercial, industrial and residential properties, including acquisitions and disposals, property development and reconstruction, rent, leases and mortgages, as well as real estate litigation, enforcement of judicial awards and foreclosures.
Being a recognized expert in real estate and capital markets Azizbek is frequently engaged by foreign investors in privatization deals. He represents the investors in their negotiation of sale and purchase agreements with the state, including the terms of investment obligations.
Litigation and dispute resolution is another area where Azizbek has invaluable experience and knowledge. He successfully represented clients – plaintiffs and defendants alike, in numerous disputes both in Uzbek courts of all levels and arbitration institutions.

Acting as a local counsel for the Government of a foreign state in purchasing of a residency of the ambassador of this state;
Advising an international mining company in import of specific goods e.g. armored vehicles, live animals and others.
Representing interests of one of the European investors in court in the matter of restoration of control over its local subsidiary and returns of its investments;
Representing interests of one of the Russian investors in court in the dispute with the state on recognition a share purchase agreement invalid;
