Audrey Pion is particularly active in labor law, a field in which she has always practiced and in which she began her specialization in 2014 when she joined the Geneva Labor Court as a part-time clerk. In this context, Audrey Pion was able to acquire a large experience while participating in the hearings, attending the court’s deliberations, and drafting the rulings.
In 2016, Audrey Pion obtained the title of SBA certified specialist in labor law. In her day-to-day practice, she advises and defends both employers and employees. Furthermore, she makes it a point to continue her activity as a part-time clerk at the Labor Court, which allows her to make good use of her experience and her proficiency to better assist the magistrates and to draft the decisions that will become the rulings. To her, this is an experience that adds a plus to her profession as an attorney-at-law.
Specialized in national and international litigation, Audrey Pion is active as well in the fields of tenancy law, family law and also criminal law, more specifically white collar crime and international legal assistance.
Audrey Pion is co-founder and partner of LOCCA PION ET RYSER. She is a member of the Geneva Bar Association (ODAGE), the Swiss Bar Association (SBA) and the Association romande des Spécialistes en Droit du Travail (AROSDT). Between 2018 and 2022, she was a member of the Geneva Bar Association Young Bar Committee and then joined the board of the Swiss Forum of Young Bar Lawyers in 2022, where she still sits as one of the representatives of the Canton of Geneva. In her spare time, Audrey Pion is also committed to her municipality, where she has been a member of the Town Council (of which she was the Chairperson in 2023) as well as the Foundation Board of the Houseing Fondation since 2017.
