ARIAS, ALEMAN & MORA is a professional firm engaged in the practice of law in the Republic of Panama. Since its foundation in 1987, the firm has specialized in offering professional advise to the service sector of the Republic of Panama and to individuals and corporations involved in multinational operations.

Advise is provided to local and international clients, with emphasis in matters pertaining to public bids related with the privatization of government services and the construction of significant infrastructure facilities by the government.

We represent our client’s interests in administrative procedures such as obtaining concessions, licenses and permits, registries, certifications, inscriptions, among others, before Municipal Authorities, Ministries, and Public Services Regulator.
