Anuja Kedia is a senior Partner of Parinam Law Associates (“PLA”). Prior to setting up Parinam Law Associates, she has worked with reputed law firms like ALMT Legal and Khaitan & Co. She has over 10 years of experience. Anuja Kedia has completed her degree in Law from the Government Law College, Mumbai. She also has Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from Jaihind College, University of Mumbai, India.
Anuja specialises in conveyancing, title investigation of agricultural lands and urban properties, RERA advisory, joint development projects, redevelopment projects, SEZs, IT and IT enabled services parks, slum rehabilitation and integrated township projects, construction contracts as well as property transactions pertaining to commercial and retail complexes.
Anuja has been involved in large scale leasing for commercial and retail space on a pan-India basis. She regularly advises marquee clients like Embassy Office Parks, Nucleus Office Parks, Nexus Malls and Blackstone.
Anuja specialises in structuring complex transactions tailored to client requests and needs which are in addition to structuring corporate financing deals for a leading developers in respect of large scale real estate projects. Anuja has also been advising clients on setting up high end luxury resorts and wellness centres. Anuja’s real estate client roster includes big developers, large corporates, financial investors and high net-worth individuals.
In addition to her burgeoning real estate practice, Anuja also specialises in private law and Estate planning. In this regard, Anuja has advised many leading families with industrial backgrounds and other high net worth individuals in planning their legacy and structuring of cross holdings and wealth transfer plans by strategizing key aspects such as transfer of business interests, disposition of estate, creation and management of family trusts, philanthropic wishes and family governance. Anuja has been involved in documentation such as family arrangements, wills, trusts and other instruments for estate planning.
