Antonia García-Solanas

Lawyer. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association. Law Degree and Degree English Philology at University of Barcelona, IESE-PDG, and master of tax Experts at Abat Oliba-Fundación San Pablo.

She has developed her professional, career -national and international- for more than 20 years, mainly at Deloitte and PwC in multidisciplinary teams.

Specialized in advising national and multinational companies and investors in various sectors, in the areas of business-corporate M&A, private equity and venture capital, tax planning and contracts, corporate development, also as General Counsel – Board of Directors Secretary. She also coordinates and manages the design and implementation of Compliance Programs and governance policies.

She is a teacher at the master’s degree in Business Taxation at the University of Barcelona and the Degree of Business Logistics at the University of Girona. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of ABE-Association for the Pursuit of Excellence; He gives talks, speaches and in-house training and in various forums.
