Anna Pach-Kustra

Permanent legal service for companies and firms is the lead specialization of attorney-at-law Anna Pach-Kustra. She handles legal service for many companies and establishments from Kraków as well as from other parts of Poland. She advises entrepreneurs on choosing the legal form of their companies and on changing the type of business entities (transformations, divisions, merges, making in-kind contribution in a Ltd. Company, limited partnership, partnership, general partnership). She sets up and registers companies in many different Polish cities, including Kraków. Furthermore, she represents Clients in many, civil and commercial legal disputes and she has 10 years of experience in real estate and construction law. She handles legal service for foreign investors in English and German. Since 2005 she has been working for Kancelaria Radcy Prawnego Marcin Miśkowicz. In 2011 the attorneys-at-law Marcin Miśkowicz and Anna Pach-Kustra incorporated the company MIŚKOWICZ PACH i Partnerzy Kancelaria Radców Prawnych.
