With more than 10 years of multinational consulting experience, Anna focuses on comprehensive, client-tailored corporate, commercial, employment, and data protection advice, wealth planning and transactional legal coordination and documentation.

Based on clients’ feedback, Anna is reputable for her business thinking, proactive approach, and readiness to give practical advice. She can evaluate the question from a helicopter perspective and provide a holistic and business-rational answer. As the managing partner of CLVPartners©, she coordinates the professionals’ daily work so that all of her colleagues can obtain the same business thinking and a good understanding of the client’s operation.

She publishes professional articles on employment, compliance and corporate-related matters on major specialist tax portals in Hungary (Adózóna), and leading HR magazine Behaviour. She has been a member of MVÜK (Hungarian Business Community of CEOs). Anna is eager to participate in the pro-bono advisory services organized yearly by the Budapest Bar of Attorneys.

She assists clients in Hungarian, English and Italian with their everyday business legal issues.

The recurring need of client with respect to employment of third country internationals is also addressed by the firm’s professional promptly.

CLVPartners© advised employers on collective bargaining agreements, in disputes and negotiations with works councils and trade unions.  They have extensive experience in disciplinary and harassment investigation, which makes the Firm unique on this type of work.

The lawyers assisted and supported several clients with 50+ and 250+ employees to comply with the whistleblowing EU Directive and the newly accepted Hungarian legislation implementing the EU Directive. CLVPartners© was invited to make presentation to EU seated law professionals on ESG matters.
