Anja Dachner is a recognized advisor on complex transformation and restructuring cases. She regularly advises German and international clients on transformation, integration and restructuring projects and supports social partners in solving difficult challenges. Her main areas of expertise are in the energy, automotive and chemical industries and cover social plan, social tariff and tariff negotiations as well as the development of modern transformation units and companies. She provides strategic and comprehensive employment advice on domestic and multi-jurisdictional projects and often leads multi-jurisdictional employment projects. She also has extensive experience in representing her clients in both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings across all labor law instances up to and including representation before the German Federal Labor Court and the European Court of Justice.
