Attorney Dr. Andreas Hanke is mainly responsible for family law mandates. Particular emphasis is placed on continuous training and education to maintain the highest quality standards. In addition to a specialization in German family law, there is also a specialization in international family law, in particular in family law of the common law states, i.e. in US American and Canadian family law. Attorney Hanke has already successfully accompanied and led legal proceedings in the USA and Canada. Particular expertise was acquired in dealing with US and Canadian authorities in cross-border matters relating to children.
Attorney Hanke advises and represents you in particular in questions of custody and contact law, in divorce and preventive agreements (marriage contract / divorce agreement), property law matters as a result of the divorce (gain compensation, joint debt compensation), in pension compensation (also including international expectancies / pension plans), Separation and post-marital maintenance, child maintenance, special and additional needs. Attorney Hanke is also at your side with the settlement of US or Canadian pension entitlements after division in divorce proceedings (payment and transfer to Germany).
