Ana-Maria Alexandru is registered with the Bucharest Bar in Romania and has over 15 years experience in advising both Romanian and foreign clients.
In 2015, she set up Law Office of Ana-Maria Alexandru and she is currently the founding attorney of this office dealing with a multitude of legal issues.
Her practice primary focuses on the areas of international family law (being specialized in child abductions cases and other proceedings involving underage children), civil law (contracts, recovery of debts, compensations for flight delays/lost luggage, evacuation applications, recognition of foreign orders) and enforcement proceedings.
For two years and a half, she has also worked as an in house consultant for one of the top international companies present in Romania gaining expertise in legal matters related to the company’s daily activity, such as guidance/support for the HR Department, contractual matters, consumer protection, labeling, repesenting the company’s interest in front of the Romanian authorities.
