Ana Clement is a Leader in Law and Senior Manager in Panama.
Ana has vast experience in the legal market and for the last decade was in-house counsel for a multinational company with responsibilities over several countries in Latin America. Her practice has focused on Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, Civil and Commercial Contracts, Distribution and Agency, Compliance, Labor Law, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and regulatory issues.
She holds a Diploma in Human Resources Administration and Development Resources from the University of Louisville Panama, Republic of Panama. She also has a graduate degree in Patents, Trademarks, Copyright and Competition from the Industrial Law Institute (IDIUS, in Spanish) of Santiago de Compostela University, Spain, and holds a Degree in Law and Political Science from the University of Panama, Republic of Panama.
