We also offer comprehensive Fund, Start-up and Performance Guarantees initiated within their DPI® Review Service. for corporate clients or those seeking an IPO, we provide a Share Subscription facility.
Our team has career backgrounds in finance, insurance, and project management and has accumulated years of practical experience and understanding of project and technology development challenges.
We work to match our clients’ project needs with private equity investors and funders with whom we have direct access and provide support from our DPI® service through to financial close to achieve desirable lending terms. If required, we can continue to support our client’s long-term growth afterwards through our consultancy.
Transactions to date
We are focused on infrastructure and renewable power generation. As of the end of 2021, we have over $3bn project value in an advisory capacity with live mandates for projects in Asia and Europe. Non-Disclosure agreements prohibit full detail.

Our report optimises your project and provides a compelling and concise understanding of your project to our funders. If required, the report’s information can allow our underwriters to access technology suitability for project guarantees. This reduces time and duplication of work.
For Technology Manufacturers seeking to commercialise their technology, our technology pre-accreditation review is designed to provide guidance towards commercialisation, which will offer Performance Guarantees to project developers seeking to deploy the technology.
