Alizeh Bashir has extensive experience working on contentious and non-contentious matters with a strong focus on litigation and dispute resolution. She has represented major domestic and international clients in civil and commercial matters across sectors, most notably in the banking and finance, information technology and media, aviation, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and tobacco industries.
In addition to co-leading the litigation practice, Alizeh also regularly acts and advises in relation to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financing. Her scope of experience has been vastly enhanced through her work on constitutional matters with the offices of the Additional Attorney General for Pakistan and the Advocate General of Sindh. Alizeh has been nominated as a Rising Star in Litigation by the Women in Business Law Awards (2022).
