Prior to joining AL-SOAIB & PARTNERS, Alanoud began her legal career at the Saudi office of DLA Piper, where she advised multinational corporations on high-value transactions and international legal matters. She now leads the firm’s foreign investment practice, manages strategic legal operations, and oversees a team of legal professionals delivering practical and commercially focused legal solutions. She has also played a key role in advising clients on government projects, international collaborations, and regulatory matters across Saudi Arabia.
