Marcin Malinowski is an advocate acting within the Warsaw Bar Association. Marcin has extensive litigation experience at representing Clients before state authorities, e.g. the prosecutor’s offices, treasury offices, National Revenue Administration, Central Investigation Office of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Border Patrol, Customs and Revenue Service, as well as the Police, and units implementing EU programmes and voivodeship marshal’s offices.

He develops comprehensive tactics and strategies of proceedings, which often simultaneously refer to challenges on tax, criminal and civil fields.

• Defending the management staff of one of the largest energy companies on Polish market, which ended with a complete acquittal.
• Successfully defending clients in criminal and fiscal crminal cases, obtaining preferential trial conditions for clients, including at the pre-judicial stage.
• Conducting successful defence of a management board of a foreign entity from the renewable energy industry, including administrative and administrative-court proceedings; representing and advising international entities from the energy sector.
• Participation in advising a video game developer by supporting the production and distribution of one of the most anticipated multimedia products.
