Adeniyi Duale

Adeniyi is an astute lawyer with over a decade experience in advising on various aspects of financing, private equity and venture capital transactions.

Adeniyi has facilitated and lectured at various seminars, workshops and conferences internationally and within Nigeria. His experience is extensive and spans across negotiating numerous mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals as well as representing clients on several litigious matters, disposals, joint ventures, equity and debt investments etc. He consistently provides strategic counsel to Target Company and executive leadership on matters relating to his expertise and impact investing. Adeniyi enjoys mentoring start-up particularly in the Impact Investment sector, and he is passionate about helping such start-up scale into larger markets.

He is the erstwhile Managing Partner of the Firm, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN), and the Energy Institute
