Adeleke
is a corporate commercial lawyer based in the Lagos Office of Duale, Ovia and Alex-Adedipe (the “Firm”). He
specializes and has depth of experience in Telecommunication, Media and
Technology, Banking & Finance, Mergers & Acquisition, Business Advisory
and other corporate commercial practices. Adeleke has successfully advised on
several landmark and award-winning transactions both locally and
internationally.

He has been a delegate and guest speaker at various seminars, workshops, and
conferences both at the national and international scene which include the TMT
Finance Africa Summit, Annual Africa Tech Summit, NBA Section of Business Law
Conference, TechPlus Nigeria Conference. He also acted as a Jury Member at the
Innovation Pitches Sessions at the Lagos Justice Innovation Conference
recently.

as the Emerging Law Firm of the Year.

He
is currently the Vice Chairman Agricultural Committee of the Nigerian Bar

  led the team that advised Team Apt Nigeria Limited on its US$5.5Million debt and equity mixed Series A funding.
• He led the team that advised BetNow (an indigenous online sports lottery Company) in respect of its US$1Million equity financing round.
• He led the team that advised Clane Company Nigeria Limited (a digital ecosystem service provider
  operating in the technology sector) on it US$1.5Million fund raise.
• He led the team that advised the Chinese Development Bank in
  connection with its facility of $US4.5Million investment in a Nigeria trading and
  manufacturing Company.

  led the team that advised Clane Company Nigeria Limited in connection with its US$5Million convertible loan.
• He led the team that advised Piggy Tech Global Limited (now PiggyVest) (a financial technology and
  investment company) on its US$1Million capital
