Ville Salonen

Ville is a Co-Head of Dispute Resolution at Magnusson in Finland. He has broad experience as a Legal Counsel, advising international corporate clients on contract law, mergers and acquisitions, energy, employment, real estate as well as in litigation and arbitration matters.

Ville has vast experience of dispute resolution since 1999, covering a variety of arbitration rules and court litigation in various domestic and international industry sectors and multiple types of business related to such as energy (especially the mining), IT, M&A, health care, retail, insurance, agreements, employment, real estate, and construction.

Ville also focuses on sports law and he is a Member of the Board of Directors at Ilves ry, Finland’s largest sports club. Ville has been also a Member of the Board of Directors at the Finnish Football Association, Finland’s largest amateur sports federation.
