Lawyer with more than 12 years of experience, who has solid training and experience in the areas of banking regulation, FinTechs, Compliance, prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and cases involving complex litigation.

For the FinTech environment, it delivers legal solutions for disruptive businesses in the payment methods, Microfinance, cryptocurrencies and assets, blockchain and distributed ledger technologies (DLTs), STOs, tokens, cybersecurity and cloud storage segments.

He is a specialist in money laundering prevention and sanctioning administrative law within the scope of the Financial and Capital markets, COAF and CADE. Advises players in these segments under the advisory, regulatory compliance, internal investigations biases and also in administrative defenses within the scope of the Central Bank of Brazil, the Securities and Exchange Commission and BM&F Supervisão de Mercados (BSM), COAF and the National Financial System Resources Council (CRSFN).

Acting in cases involving complex litigation is also part of its expertise – from consultations, going through the assessment of scenarios and risks to a positive decision for the client.

Its physical presence and operations in Brasília make it easier to advise clients who need to negotiate with public authorities – as in the case of debates on bills – and in litigation involving governments and regulatory matters.
