Stephen has advised the Abu Dhabi government and the Supreme Petroleum Council in relation to oil and gas matters over many years, and a number of different governments. He is the author of “Negotiating International Joint Ventures,” published by Sweet & Maxwell and “International Joint Venture Agreements” and “Agency and Distribution Agreements” in “Practical Commercial Precedents” published by I.T. Law and Tax. He also has contributed the UK section in Butterworth’s “Joint Ventures with International Partners.” Stephen lectures extensively on European law and competition and commercial and energy issues.
