About Sören
Weißert

Sören Weißert practices as a partner in the Frankfurt
office of the RGT Group. He provides national and international tax consultancy
to clients from a wide variety of sectors with a special focus on mergers &
acquisitions (M&A), tax auditing and restructuring.

He
passed the exam as a Certified Tax Advisor (“Steuerberater”) followed by a
Master of Law (LL.M) degree in commercial law. Sören joined the RGT Group in
2011 and was appointed as a partner in 2014.

Sören Weißert is specialized in Taxation &
Auditing. He worked on two long-term consultancy projects in Cape Town (South
Africa) and Accra (Ghana) in the area of taxation and public revenues.

He is an author of several technical articles on
taxation, published in national as well as international magazines. He is also
appointed to be a lecturer at the Audi Academy in Ingolstadt.
