With a focus on Services businesses, SCD Advisory sold Australian consultancies to international groups such as Deloitte, Capgemini, McKinsey, Cyient, Assystem, Asahi, Dentsu as well as deals with PE funds or local buyers such as Nous group.
SCD Advisory acted also on the buy side, helping overseas players such as Bollore or Waco to enter the Australian market by acquiring a local company.
Pierre Briand is the founder of SCD Advisory: He has 25+ year of experience in M&A, often in a cross-border context. He is an experienced, established, savvy and trusted adviser.
Pierre is French, Australian citizen, Overseas Citizen of India and received the Deal Maker ward from the UK M&A magazine FM.
