Piero Marchelli

Previously he held the role of Equity Partner in Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and subsequently of Of counsel in Lexia, after having trained in major firms such as Pavia and Ansaldo and Verusio and Studio Morano & Associati.

After a brief collaboration with freebly STA, he decided he wanted to give life, together with some colleagues with whom he shares his values, to a professional project that was truly innovative and that saw expressed, but even more immersed in reality, among others, the principles of solidarity, compassion and social impact.

Piero carries out legal consultancy activities for important Italian and foreign groups. He deals with commercial and corporate law in the field of contracts and acquisitions, mergers and demergers, Leveraged Buy Out, Carve-out, Cash Pooling, Joint Venture, loan agreements, Organizational Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

He holds the office of statutory auditor or member of the Supervisory Body at major companies, and has served as Chairman of the Supervisory Body of Pension Funds set up by leading insurance companies.

He plays the role of company director and has held the position of liquidator.

He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Turin and obtained the Diplôme Supérieur de Droit Comparé at the Faculté Internationale de Droit Comparé Strasbourg, Université de Strasbourg.

Lawyer since 1996, he is enrolled in the Professional Register of the Bar Association of the district of the Court of Milan.

He has collaborated on several publications, also covering the role of member of the Editorial Committee of the online magazine “L’Avvoc@to” for company law, and is a speaker at numerous seminars.
