Karhu Attorneys-at-Law Ltd was established in 2006 in Helsinki as Kurki-Suonio & Karhu Attorneys-at-Law Ltd. In addition to large international shipowners, P&I Clubs and insurance companies, our international clientele consists of small to medium size businesses.
We specialize in maritime and transport law as well as labour and general company law related services. Several foreign companies have initiated their operations in Finland with our help.
Over the years we have represented our clients on all levels of national court system, including general and administrative courts and the Market Court, as well as domestic and international arbitral proceedings. A number of our clientsĀ“ cases have been published as precedents.
