Onur Ergün

Onur Ergün completed his high school education at Istanbul Erkek Lisesi and then graduated from Istanbul University, School of Law in 2003.  He is also a post graduate of Berlin Freie Universität, School of Law (LL.M.’05). He admitted to Istanbul Bar in 2006.

During his professional experience, having first worked as associate and later as partner at Istanbul based reputable law firms, he has represented, among others, multinational corporations, investment funds, private equities, local and foreign financial institutions, investment banks and governmental institutions and so he has accumulated substantial experience in numerous domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, privatizations, joint ventures, project finance transactions, corporate and contracts law related matters and banking & capital markets regulatory issues.

Onur joined Aksan Law Firm in 2019 as the head of corporate and M&A , where his practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate and contracts law matters, banking & finance transactions and capital markets transactions.
