Omar Nabulsi

The founding partner of the firm, Mr. Omar Nabulsi held several Government Ministerial posts, such as National Economy, Agriculture, Labour, and Development & Reconstruction. Mr. Nabulsi was also a Diplomat at the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States, Cairo.

Formerly a Senator and member of the Jordanian Senate’s Legal Committee, an Ambassador to the United Kingdom and to the Netherlands, and a member of the National Consultative Council, the predecessor to the current Parliament in Jordan.

Mr. Nabulsi also served as a conciliator and arbitrator on the Panel of the World Bank (ICSID), and as a chairman and member of arbitral tribunals in several international cases under the ICC Rules and UNCITRAL. He is currently a member of the Board of the Arbitration System of the Euro-Arab Chambers of Commerce. Mr. Nabulsi holds the only classification by Chambers & Partners in Jordan of a “Senior Statesman”.

Mr. Nabulsi was admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 1979 and holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Cairo University.
