Mr Idnan Liaqat

Idnan heads up the large and highly experienced Axiom DWFM Real Estate department. He is based in the firm’s Edgware, North London office.

He deals with a variety of Property matters including:

• freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• remortgages and refinancing
• equity release
• negotiating residential long lease extensions
• acquisition of investment properties
• commercial property matters including, auction sales and purchases, granting leases
• licences to assign
• rent deposit deeds
• business purchases
• licensing applications.

Idnan’s clients include property developers, surveyors, lenders, institutional investors, retailers, landlords and tenants. Many clients instruct Idnan as a result of recommendations from existing clients and professionals.

Background

Idnan joined us in February 2011 as a trainee solicitor. Post qualification, Idnan remained with the firm and primarily specialises in residential and commercial property. In 2015 Idnan was appointed a partner of the firm and the Head of the Commercial Property, Investment and Residential Property departments.

In his spare time Idnan plays football and enjoys training at the gym. Idnan also volunteers at his local youth centre.
