Mishelle Anne R. Rubio-Aguinaldo

Atty. Rubio-Aguinaldo is actively engaged in various practice areas of law such as Civil Law, Criminal Litigation, Labor Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Energy Law, Maritime Law, and Appellate Practice. She is a legal adviser to several corporations engaged in maritime, power generation and distribution, construction, and information technology, among others, and the Assistant Corporate Secretary of SPC Power Corporation, a publicly listed company.

After earning her degree in BA Political Science at the University of the Philippines, she entered San Beda College School of Law as a working student, and graduated as one of the Top 10 students in her batch. After passing the bar in 2016, Atty. Rubio-Aguinaldo joined ANCHETA Attorneys and was promoted as a Senior Associate after only one (1) year and four (4) months of law practice. In 2020, she founded her own private practice currently known as Rubio-Aguinaldo & Attorneys.

Atty. Rubio-Aguinaldo is currently taking up her Masters of Law in International Dispute Resolution in Queen Mary University of London and actively participates in international trainings and conferences. Top 10 University of the Philippines Alumni Leaders 2023 featured by CEO Insights Asia.
