Linda Dolland

Linda Dolland is a Partner at Seon & Associates and has been affiliated with the firm since 2005. Linda is objective and pragmatic, with an enthusiastic dedication to results-oriented advice and high professional standards.

She acts in a wide range of advisory, transactional and litigation service areas, representing a versatile cross-section of local and international individual and institutional clients, on matters including cross border mergers and acquisitions, securities, civil litigation before the High Court and Court of Appeal, international arbitration, industrial disputes, intellectual property, insurance law and pension registrations, and conveyancing.

As part of her litigation profile, Linda regularly acts as Counsel in matters ranging from divorce and
custody, breaches of covenant, death and personal injury matters, contractual debts, and tortious
liability, to estate and trust disputes, mortgagee enforcement actions and unfair prejudice and
derivative action claims.

Linda prides herself on being easily accessible and communicative with clients and Counsel alike,
whether by phone, video conference, e-mail or in person. She approaches each matter with diligent care and keen attention to detail, the rule of law and the objectives of the client, whether dealing with an individual in a local labour dispute matter, or external Counsel on international finance transactions.

Linda is a Notary Public for the State of Grenada, a member of The Honourable Society of the Inner
Temple, and has been called to the Bars of England and Wales, Grenada, and St. Kitts and Nevis.
She has previously been a Director of Grenada’s Child Protection Authority and is also currently a
director of Grenfin Swim Club.
