Jovana Tomic

Jovana is an attorney at law, and a Head of the Labour and Employment Law Department in Zivkovic and Samardzic Law Office. She graduated from Belgrade University, Faculty of Law in 2004 and admitted to the Bar Association in Belgrade in 2005.

She has broad experience in all aspects of employment law and she represents employers on all types of employment related issues. Besides employment law her tasks assigned are intellectual property law, tax law, corporate law, insurance law, privatization process including due diligence, law on contracts and torts, as well as legal representing before courts and other state bodies. Various globally recognized research organizations of legal practices published large number of recommendations and praises of her work by satisfied local and multinational clients. Zivkovic and Samardzic offer the services of full outsourcing of employment and labour for major clients, and Jovana handles these mandates.
