George Fouskarinis

George Fouskarinis is a lawyer specialized in the field of criminal law with special focus on white-collar/business crime such as complex fraud cases, tax offences, money-laundering, corruption, capital markets and criminal liability of companies’​ directors, cyber crime, data protection, environmental crime, EU criminal law, extradition and mutual legal assistance, confiscation issues and human rights. He also deals with financial and banking law issues, preventive advice on criminal compliance issues, administrative sanctions on corporations or individuals and recovery of “stolen” assets and other proceeds of crime.

He has obtained his Law Degree from the Faculty of Law of National and Kapodestrian University of Athens with a scholarship from I. Latsis Foundation, as well as his Postgraduate degree (LLM) in the field of criminal law and human rights, while he continues his education with the aim to obtaining a doctoral degree(Phd) in the field of criminal law. He has undertaken and defended successfully a lot of papers on several criminal law issues, while some these papers are being published in well-known Greek law Journals, such as Poinika Chronika.
