Dr. Vahe Movsisyan

Vahe Movsisyan is an experienced commercial lawyer additionally specialized in IP, IT, and competition law. His practice areas include software protection, copyright, trademarks, unfair competition, antitrust, cloud computing, data privacy, IT and telecommunication, contract law, and property law. He has extensive experience in civil litigation.

Vahe has in-depth expertise in the fields of video game law, IPRs exhaustion, including exhaustion in the digital environment, and parallel import.

Vahe Movsisyan is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of Armenia (2009).

Before practicing as an advocate, Vahe worked as a Head of the Legal Expertise Department at the Cassation Court of Armenia – the highest judicial instance.

He lectured Contract Law at the Yerevan State University and Civil Proceedings Law at the Russian-Armenian University (Yerevan).
