Our Founder, Dr. Najat Benchiba-Savenius is a multiple award-winning speaker on Arab Family Offices where her experience over decades has put her at the forefront strategic approaches to leveraging and maximising wealth management. A trained linguist by trade being a graduate from the University of Oxford with Distinction, as well as the University of Durham and the School of Oriental and African Studies, Najat is also a well-known speaker and global advocate of championing women’s equal rights, gender equal pay as well as nudging governments and key policy makers with her pioneering Global Women Index in focusing on Board diversity.
