Mr. Samir has a broad specialization in the area of international corporate, legal and tax services, with a strong focus on mergers & acquisitions, setting up and restructuring of international projects, international tax planning and International immigration. Mr Samir is advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients coming from Russia, China, India, Europe and the Middle East on tax planning, asset management and commercial transactions by using favourable Cyprus and international legal, tax and banking environment.
His focus is in International Corporate and Legal Services, M&A, International Foundations and Trusts, Restructuring of International Projects, International Tax Planning, Legal Advisory, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Foreign Investment, Cyprus and other foreign Citizenship and Residency, International Investment Funds, Forex Companies and Alternative Investment Funds, Banking and Finance. Mr. Samir’s articles on various business issues are regularly published in numerous business editions in Cyprus and abroad.
Mr. Samir graduated from the University of Lancaster, United Kingdom in 2006 after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws.
In 2007, he graduated from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom after obtaining his Master of Laws and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in December 2009. Currently, Mr Samir is a Ph.D Candidate at the University of Manchester.
Mr. Samir has recently been awarded the Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Private Wealth Advising (PPgD) by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
