Botho Steinvorth

Mr. Steinvorth is a Founding Partner of LatinAlliance. He specializes in Corporate, Maritime and Aeronautical Law, and has extensive experience in the areas of Arbitration and Foreign Investment.

He is an accredited arbitrator for the following institutions in Costa Rica, Alternative Justice Center of the Costa Rican Bar Association, Conflict Resolution Center of the Federated College of Engineers and Architects, International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (CICA), Costa Rican – North American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce. In international arbitrations, he has served as an arbitrator for the Inter-American Commercial Arbitration Commission (CIAC).

He has been a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary General of the chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Costa Rica and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Costa Rican Chamber of Commerce.
