Benan Pinar

ASTEKINLEGAL was established in 1984 by Att. Kezban Gülsen Astekin and currently is managed by Benan Pinar who is a partner of ASTEKINLEGAL.  Benan Pinar, had began her career in Yuksel Insaat A.Ş  and its subsidiaries,  and had served as a in -house lawyer for about eight years. She had gained experience in many hearings, including national arbitration hearings. After this period she had attended to ASTEKINLEGAL.

She is working on Contract Law, Corporate Law, Employment Law, Administrative Law and in recent years she especially working on Data Protection and Privacy Law.  In this context, Benan Pinar and her team have carried out many compliance projects about data protection and privacy. In addition to this she and her team have attended several investigations in the Turkish Data Protection Authority.
