Anish Jaipuriar

Anish is a partner and heads the General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions practice at the Firm. He is highly regarded by clients for his hands-on approach, technical knowledge and negotiating skills. Anish specialises in corporate & commercial transactions. He has represented a large number of local and international corporates on both corporate, transactional as well dispute resolution. Anish has also advised major corporates and some of India’s biggest companies on wide spectrum of issues pertaining to corporate & commercial laws. Further, his commercial acumen has enabled him to provide distinguished support to the arbitration team generally and with respect to the commercial and transactional issues pertaining to arbitration. Anish’s competencies include a unique mix of corporate and litigation as he has been appointed as standing counsel in Supreme Court of India for State of Jharkhand.

This is further evidenced by his appointment as an arguing counsel in the Supreme Court of India for the Government of Jharkhand. Anish is also empaneled on the Punjab National Bank and Steel Authority of India Limited’s panel of advocates.
