Andy was a bright graduate from Parahyangan Catholic University. In 2001, he established the Law Firm under his name, known as Bangun Natanael & RidwanLaw Firm (which in 2012 became ANR Law Firm). He not only has experiences in the manpower area for over 20 years, but during that time, he managed to gain a great knowledge in the immigration area. He provides sophisticated legal advice to all of his Clients.

In addition to his profession as an advocate, he is also active in several organizations. He served as Chief Honorary Council of the Board of Directors of PERADI for the South Jakarta branch in 2011 and served as the Chief of Alumni for the Faculty of Law Parahyangan Catholic University for 2012- 2016.
