Andrea Tavecchio, TEP, born in Milan in 1969, founded Tavecchio & Associati in 2008 and the Firm is now top ranked by Chambers and Partners HNWI (Tax Advisors).
Andrea is an expert in the field of wealth planning and assists private clients in estate, tax and succession planning, advising also on cross-border issues. He is also advisor on tax and governance matters of some Italian and international Family Offices and Trustees.
Andrea regularly assists families or individuals who want to invest or move their tax residence to Italy.
Andrea has assisted, over the years, several families and entrepreneurs during discontinuity moments of their business, in both cases of liquidity event or a liquidity crisis, and took part to several corporate reorganization and restructuring processes.
He has been appointed to expert committees reporting to the Ministry for Economic Development (from 2011 up to 2013) and the Prime Minister’s office on economic and fiscal matters (2015 – 2016) and Ministry for Technological Innovation (2021-22).
Andrea is a member of the Excecutive Committee of Assofiduciaria, he is the President of “Wealth Planning” Commission of Chartered Accountants of Milan and Presiding Judge 2021-22 of the STEP Private Client Awards.
