Agustinus Dawarja

Agustinus Dawarja is the Managing Partner at LexRegis. He was born in Manggarai (Flores), graduated from Junior and Senior High School at the Seminary Pius XII Kisol (Flores), and graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Gadjah Mada (Yogyakarta). He is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

He is the member of the Indonesian Advocates Associations (PERADI) and the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultant (HKPM), and member of the European Advocate Union (AEA).

He Concentrates his practis on general corporate and business law, including corporate finance, capital markets and securities, mergers and acquisitions, workouts and debt restructuring, foreign and domestic capital investment, plantation, land acquisitions, property, water construction & management.
