Abhijit Joshi, Founding and Managing Partner, Veritas Legal, is among Asia’s Top 15 M&A Lawyers with a noteworthy career spanning almost 3 decades. He founded Veritas Legal in 2015 after having worked at one of India’s top most law firms.

In a short span, the firm has grown in space and strength, and has been involved in over 200 noteworthy M&A and Private Equity/Venture Capital deals, and more than 500 litigation filings in various judicial fora across the country.

Mr Joshi is a qualified solicitor in India and England and brings rich experience, given his noteworthy work on various landmark deals.

He has been recognized in The ‘A-List: India’s Top 100 lawyers’ by India Business Law Journal, as a ‘Thought Leader for M&A’ by Who’s Who Legal, and has consistently been ranked in the top tier for Corporate/M&A by the prestigious Chambers & Partners Asia Pacific & Global Guides.
