JANAS Sells High Performance with Expansion Plan

JANAS has sold AVEX, a Daher TBM Aircraft franchise dealership with operations in Ventura County, CA and Denver, CO, US. International experience supported Janas efforts to sell the company at its zenith. The sale involved bringing together culturally diverse parties to achieve a transaction closing.

Terry Winson, the AVEX owner and a native of Rhodesia (Zimbabwe), was delighted with the result achieved by Janas. “After a lifetime of dealing with wealthy buyers of high-performance aircraft, nothing could prepare me for this transaction. Terry adopted a unique approach to the business – he exclusively sold and serviced the only Daher TBM aircraft manufactured in France. Although AVEX only sells in six Western US states, his firm sells 35% of Daher’s worldwide production and 50% of US sales.
