We are delighted to announce that we have advised Profectus Capital Partners Ltd on the acquisition of Vistafolia Ltd. Vistafolia Ltd specialises in creating high-quality artificial greenery used across homes, hospitality, retail and other spaces.
Profectus Capital is a UK-based investment firm focused on acquiring and growing companies across various industries, with owners committed to preserving its legacy. Incorporated in February 2025, the company works with both small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as more established businesses.
The company, incorporated in December 2014, was set up by Paul Alder, a multi-award-winning horticulturist. Vistafolia provides premium artificial greenery, with a focus on green wall systems. Based in Surrey, the company offers products including green walls, hedges, trees and plants used by both residential and commercial clients.
Gerald Edelman acted as a buy-side financial adviser, performing detailed financial and taxation due diligence, reviewing of working capital and net debt, as well as providing general advice throughout the transaction.
