We are delighted to announce that our Corporate Finance team has advised Kinetico Health on the acquisition of two UK-based musculoskeletal care clinics, Good Health Centre and The Waldegrave Clinic.
Established in 1990, Good Health Centre specialises in the provision of integrated health services, combining conventional medicine with complimentary therapies. Good Health Centre offers a range of treatments, including osteopathy, acupuncture and physiotherapy.
A family-owned practice founded in 1972, The Waldegrave Clinic is a multi-disciplinary practice that offers patient-tailored treatments in chiropractic, physiotherapy, and podiatry therapies.
Kinetico Health was founded by Claire Nesler and Yoni Wehbe, Harvard Business School alumni, with a vision to build the leading group of private clinics specialising in musculoskeletal care. The acquisition of Good Health Centre and The Waldgrave Clinic are the first acquisitions by Kinetico Health.
