Greenhouses Direct Limited, trading as Rhino Greenhouses Direct, is a leading UK manufacturer and retailer of domestic greenhouses which are sold directly to consumers across the UK.

Kantik Capital and Mirabel Group Limited are founded and managed by Olivier Stapylton-Smith and Georges Nakhle respectively. Both companies have been established to acquire and grow UK SMEs.

About Greenhouses Direct Limited

Greenhouses Direct Limited, established in 1995, specialises in the retail sale of greenhouses and related products, primarily serving customers in the UK. The company is located in Norfolk, and has a strong focus on providing quality greenhouse solutions for residential use.

Gerald Edelman acted as a buy-side adviser, performing detailed financial and tax due diligence, reviewing working capital, net debt and forecast earnings, as well as providing general advice throughout the transaction.
