Gerald Edelman, a leading mid-tier UK accountancy and advisory firm, is delighted to announce that it has advised Allvida Group AB (Allvida) on the acquisition of MMS Medical Limited (MMS), which became official on 12^th December 2025.

MMS is one of Ireland’s leading medical equipment suppliers and is the largest supplier in the Republic of Ireland, specialising in mobility, rehabilitation, and disabled access and community care products.
