On November 30, 2021, the Protocol on the Protection of Industrial Designs to the Eurasian Patent Convention entered into force in respect of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Thus, Eurasian patents for industrial designs issued under Eurasian applications filed as of November 30, 2021 will be effective on the territory of the Republic of #Tajikistan along with Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
